Logan cooked lunch today!

Logan wanted to cook lunch for pawpaw today so I suggested "That stuff that John don't like"!!! it's very easy. You might ask "why would you want to cook something that John doesn't like"? Well it goes all the way back to before I married John and I was on a tight budget. The kids and I ate alot of macaroni & cheese and alot of cheese & macaroni. Sometimes I would add things to it to make it a little different. One night after John and I had begun to see each other I had made this dish for me and the children so I offered him some before he went to work. He worked 6pm to 4am back then. The 1st time he had it he didn't care for it so I only fixed it when he wasn't there. There would always end up being leftovers so it would be in the frig when he was looking for something to eat. (He's a good leftover eater.) As time went on he grew to like it but it was still called "That stuff John don't like"!!!!

Ingredients:
2 boxes Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, prepared as instructed on the box

1 medium onion (chopped)
1 pkg Ekrich skinless sausage (sliced in circles & cut into smaller pieces)
Brown the sausage & onions

Mix the browned sausage & onions into the prepared macaroni & cheese
Add 1 can of Rotel (we like original but you can use the mild if you like)
Stir together.
