The door is in!!

This was the temporary lock for the night last night as HFR just ran out of steam for the day.



But he was back on it this morning. We had to come up with a little gate to keep the donkeys out when the door is open, that is what you see across the door. The donkeys are really curious animals and if given the chance they would walk right in the shop.

The doors have begun

The guy who sold the doors to HFR came today to show HFR how to install the 1st one. Everything went well.


I really to thank daddy & Chad for helping HFR get the steel up so the doors could be installed. Thank you HFR for staying on task to get this job done!!



It's going to be great in the long run.

It has been a Work in Progress but....

John's shop has been an on going work in progress but it looks great.

This is where it all started...




Here's where it is today. There is quite a difference don't you think?
We have had lots of help from lots of wonderful people. The decorations on the shop aren't permanent but are there for a wedding we are having here tomorrow. This is just the start of the decorations but I wanted to get a picture before it gets renevated into a wedding chapel!!

I will give Sarah credit for helping in the shop renevation when she asked if she could have her wedding at our place. Business picked up....Good job HFR and all your helpers.

Shop Loft is done!!!

Except for the moving & stacking of the boxes!!! I do believe John is well pleased with the result. Our friend Jim came today and helped John get the linoleum down. This was the final step before moving the boxes to our new storage loft in the shop.
