Mrs Lee's Garden

We decided to go visit Mrs Lee's Garden today. It was really cloudy today but we thought maybe the clouds would disappear or burn off so we got in the car and headed toward Gladewater. First, we decide to fill up the VW with diesel. Boy, the fuel prices are going through the roof.

I really love this guy in the mirror!

Even though it was a cloudy gloomy day, it was a great day! The surroundings were beautiful.

Beep, Beep!!

Granddaughters!

I have a "K" flower,

a "L" flower and

a "J" flower, and to top it all off

I got a bouquet of flowers from all my little grandaughter flowers. What more could you ask for? Maybe add a few little boy flowers and one more little girl flower!!

Freeze is hard on flowers

Back on February 11, 2009 I had the prettiest tree in my front yard.

This morning or maybe I should say over night we had temperatures in the 20's and now all the blooms are very sad looking.

Speaking of beauties. Look at these little beauties. They are all growing like weeds and doing very well.

Kasie, their momma is doing good as well. She has kind of taken a liking to being in the house. I just hope she doesn't get to acustomed to it because it won't be long before they are back to their backyard kennel. She has always been an outside dog and is not house broke, so you really have to watch her. Believe it or not she is really doing quite well.

Their daddy Pete has returned to his old self after his trip to see Dr. Kauble. It slowed him down for a day or 2 but he's back!!! We decided that sixteen children will be enough. This was his 2nd litter to father.

I got roses today! :)

The UPS driver pulled up today and I thought "What's he stopping here for? We haven't ordered anything." HFR walked in the house with a box of roses!!! They are the little petite roses and they are beautiful.

Thank you Jared, Leigh and Baby girl Not Yet Named. My vote is for Abigail Grace.
